Take a guided tour into our 60,000 year old lava tubes located on our Fazio Golf Course. Tour times are seasonal and based on sunset hours. Regularly scheduled tours are Thursday, Friday and Saturdays and are also available on request.

$65/per couple
$35/per individual and $30 for kids 12 and under.

We have three pickleball courts available for member and guest use during daylight hours.  Don’t have your own gear? We’ve got you covered, rackets and balls are available for hourly rentals through the Activities department. First come, first serve.

Wheel Fun Rentals offers sporty specialty cycle and 4-wheel Surrey bike rentals through the Activities Department. Take a ride around the heart of the resort or venture along the bike path with a fun bike rental!

Enjoy exploring our residential neighborhoods with a 5.2 mile self-guided bike tour.  We have a small fleet of bikes available for rental by the hour between 10 am and 5 pm, weather permitting.

Through our partnership with Wanderlust Tours, we offer outdoor recreation tours for groups!  Renowned for their professional naturalist guides, Wanderlust Tours offers a diverse range of activities year-round, allowing our guests to explore and appreciate Central Oregon’s lakes, rivers, caves, forests, and mountains.

At Juniper Preserve, we understand that not everyone has the same availability or interests. Our activities team strives to customize our guests’ experience by offering a variety of crafts that are available for purchase upon request. Crafts range from $5-20. Inquire at the front desk of Juniper Lodge.

Birdwatching at Juniper Preserve offers a powerful way to deepen your connection with nature by immersing you in the unique high desert ecosystem of Central Oregon. As you walk among ancient juniper trees—some over a thousand years old—you witness firsthand the resilience and beauty of this landscape, observing how birds like Mountain Chickadees, Pygmy Nuthatches, and Cedar Waxwings interact with their environment.
