Executive Chef RYAN EISERT

I was born and raised in Reno, Nevada. Shortly after high school, I attended culinary school at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. Since graduating from CCA in 2009, I have enjoyed the opportunity to work at several amazing properties, namely, the Ritz Carlton in Lake Tahoe. Also, I have held the role of Chef de Cuisine at well-known restaurants along the west coast for the past three years, specifically,  Tasty ‘n Alder in Portland and Bos Taurus in Bend. 

I met my amazing wife, Kayla, while in Portland working at Tasty ‘n Alder. We now have two children, Forest who is 5 and Juniper who is almost 2. Both of our children are little foodies like their parents. Forest’s favorite food is seafood (oysters and shrimp are his favorite). Juniper is my little sous chef and always by my side when I’m cooking at home. We love being outdoors as much as possible and going on bike rides and hikes all around beautiful Central Oregon.
