Juniper Preserve is thrilled to announce the launch of its innovative Pop-Up, KÉYA, a tasting menu experience that celebrates food before mass-production agribusiness. Our team presents an indigenous menu that incorporates a journey of food and wellness before colonization.

Each menu item has been extensively researched, recreating authentic dishes sourced from native ingredients utilizing traditional cooking methods. Guests can expect a multi-sensory experience that transcends the ordinary, featuring a tasting menu that showcase a diverse array of dishes, each with a unique presentation and story of historical and cultural significance.
